Sausage Cheeseballs

I am posting this due to the other recipes I found sucking so bad and causing me to have to throw away a batch of cheeseballs. Okay lets begin!


1 lb. Hot (or mild) Neese’s Sausage

3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

3 cups Bisquick

1 8 oz. package Cream Cheese


Set the cream cheese out to allow it to soften up real nice. I let mine sit out for about..3 hours? Preheat the oven to 375* and mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. This takes quite a bit of elbow grease to make sure everything is mixed really nicely. Once it is mixed properly you will notice there isn’t that bisquick texture anymore its pretty much all the sausage texture. i did this with my hands so I could really grind up all the ingredients into each other, but you could use a spoon.

Okay, get a baking sheet and spray a little bit of pam non stick spray on there. Grab some of your sausage mixture and roll about 1″ balls to put onto the pan. This probably made about 2 dozen good sized Sausage Balls.

Stick them in the oven for 10 minutes, flip and cook for another 10 minutes. You may need to leave them in there a little bit longer for a crispier texture.

Here they are 20 minutes later!

1111695These are a huge hit both in my family and my boyfriend’s family loved them too!! My boyfriends’ Grandpa ate them with mustard (EW!) and he RREEAALLYY enjoyed them.
